What is Zapier?

Zapier is an automation platform that connects your favorite apps and services. With ClosedLoop AI’s Zapier integration, you can:
  • Automatically ingest feedback from any app that supports webhooks
  • Trigger actions based on new insights and patterns
  • Sync data between ClosedLoop AI and your existing tools
  • Create custom workflows without writing any code

Getting Started

1. Install the Integration

  1. Visit the ClosedLoop AI Zapier app
  2. Click “Add to Zapier” to install the integration
  3. Connect your ClosedLoop AI account using your API key

2. Get Your API Key

  1. Log in to ClosedLoop AI
  2. Go to Settings → API Keys
  3. Create a new API key for Zapier
  4. Copy the key for use in your Zapier workflows

3. Create Your First Zap

  1. Go to Zapier and create a new Zap
  2. Choose a trigger app (e.g., Typeform, Google Forms, Slack)
  3. Select “ClosedLoop AI” as the action app
  4. Choose “Ingest Feedback” as the action
  5. Map your data fields and test the connection

Available Actions

Ingest Feedback

Send customer feedback data to ClosedLoop AI for analysis. Required Fields:
  • Content - The feedback text to analyze
  • Source URL - Where the feedback came from (optional)
  • Date Created - When the feedback was created (optional)
  • Customer ID - Customer identifier (optional)
Optional Fields:
  • Customer Name - Customer’s name
  • Customer Email - Customer’s email address
  • Priority - Initial priority level (low, medium, high, critical)
  • Tags - Custom tags for categorization
  • Metadata - Additional context as JSON

List Feedbacks

Retrieve existing feedback with filtering and pagination. Parameters:
  • Limit - Number of items to retrieve (1-100, default: 20)
  • Page - Page number for pagination (default: 1)
  • Date From - Start date for filtering (YYYY-MM-DD)
  • Date To - End date for filtering (YYYY-MM-DD)
  • Status - Filter by status (pending, processed, resolved)

Get Feedback Detail

Get detailed information about a specific feedback item. Required Fields:
  • Feedback ID - UUID of the feedback item
